Every project begins with comprehensive conversations. You talk; we listen. We listen to everything you know you want, what sort of advice and guidance from us would be helpful, and how you see the perfect kitchen or bath or library for your house, your family, and your life.
You show us all the problems you want us to solve. We look at pictures together, and we offer suggestions about how our experience with the complexities of kitchens and baths can be used to realize your vision. We answer your questions, and ask some of our own, so that we see exactly what you see when you imagine the project. When you are certain that we get it, and get it completely, we move on to the design phase.
