The Challenge

Although the layout of the kitchen remained the same, the homeowners wanted to give their kitchen a fresh look. As a part of the remodel, several elements of the new kitchen were updated, and additions that facilitate everyday cooking were incorporated into the new design.

The Solution

An improved ventilation system was added. The new knotty cherry hood contrasts the palette of the cabinets, creating visual and aesthetic interest.

The homeowners like to keep the kitchen as tidy as possible and having compartments for storing appliances was a must and the countertop wall cabinets was the ideal solution. While roll-out trays in the base cabinets make it easier to access and stores pots and pans.

This added utensil storage solution clears up countertop space while being the ideal place to store the items used daily!

Instead of having wall cabinets with large glass panels, the homeowners opted for smaller opaque panels. This also helps keep the area visually light!
