Allison B. Stowers, CKD

Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer

She grew up seeing her mother oversee kitchen and bathroom renovations for a Virginia Beach design firm, so she has deep roots in the field. She has held the positions of Treasurer and Vice President on the board of the NKBA Virginia State Chapter. She was also a member of the International Design and Furnishings Association of Richmond's board for two years. She received her degree from William and Mary College.

Her favorite aspect of the design process is relating and connecting with clients to craft the perfect space.  She listens to her clients’ aspirations and enjoys working to create a design that works for the culture of their home.  Her professional philosophy is grounded in ensuring customers feel at ease during the design process, working through details, and creating a space of form, function, and value.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and taking care of their small farm.  She loves to ride horses in her spare time and can be found fostering the special connection between humans and horses through her volunteer work at Dreamcatchers Therapeutic Riding Center in Toano, VA.
