Kitchen and Bath Designer

For ten years, Carter worked part time in the summers and on holiday breaks from school as a delivery and installation helper. Even before he could drive, his mom would drop him off at work so that he could learn the ropes of the family business! Working as a delivery and installation assistant, Carter got to see all of what makes a renovation tick. After moving back to Richmond from Tuscaloosa after college, Carter started his own landscaping business, but even then he couldn’t really escape Custom Kitchens! Whenever we were in a bind, he was always gracious enough to help us on top of his own busy schedule.

In 2019, he started full time in our front office as a Project Manager, working closely with Richard and Kyle on our Westminster Canterbury projects, as well as standard renovation projects with Richard. He learned every aspect from delivery, installation, to reception and is now working in sales as a Designer. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him relaxing at Lake Anna with his family, and being the best uncle to his niece and nephew he can be!
